Pricing :

For each request you make, you will be charged 35₵ ($0.35) deducted from your vWallet.

We can retrieve current plate information from your VIN (Vehicle Identification Number(s)) from 48 of the 50 United States.

There are 2 Challenge States - challenge meaning we may or may not be able to retrieve them based upon 4 things:

1) If the state doesn't allow electronic or online access.
2) If the age of the vehicle doesn't meet the states requirements.
3) If the state does not approve the data to be utilized for the purpose of collateral recovery.
4) if the state doesn't allow a "waiver" regarding the Drivers Privacy Protection Act of 1994.

Those Challenge states are; New York and Pennsylvania.

Notice of additional charges or fees :

Adding funds to your Wallet – we charge a $3 minimum processing fee if the amount is less than $92.50 and 3.25 percent if the amount exceeds $92.50. The processing/convenience fee will be deducted from your vWallet at the time of the transaction.

Fees for requesting a withdrawal from your Wallet – We charge a minimum fee of $10 per withdrawal transaction from your Wallet. Withdrawal requests in excess of $500.00 will incur a processing fee of 2%. The amount is deducted from the amount that you are requesting to withdrawal, and the total funds MUST be available in your Wallet.
